("CMS" or “the Company”), is a leading Canadian provider of 3D engineering and design technology, specializing in software, hardware, training, and support services for companies across the manufacturing, product design, architecture, and engineering sectors. Over its decades-long history, CMS established itself as a trusted partner for innovation and digital transformation in Canada’s engineering and manufacturing industries.

Our client had successfully captured a large portion of the Canadian market and was looking for a larger partner with the ability to help CMS continue its growth and scale. The ideal buyer would bring not only strategic alignment and operational synergies, but also the infrastructure and vision necessary to support CMS’s long-term expansion goals.
