Candace Enman

Candace Enman is the President of Welch Capital Partners and a member of the executive management team at Welch LLP.  In her role, she leads the day-to-day operations of the business and helps drive the firm’s strategy.

Candace has more than 25 years experience in the financial sector.  After obtaining her CPA, CA designation with Welch, she spent 10 years in industry, in senior finance and management positions, where she played a key role in all aspects of growing an international automotive battery business.

Candace joined Welch Group Consulting (now Welch Capital Partners) in 2010, with a passion for helping business owners think & act strategically in their companies by delivering on growth and exit strategies, financing and virtual CFO work and officially launching the Company’s mergers and acquisitions practice in 2015.

In 2016, Candace was honored by the Women’s Business Network Ottawa as the recipient of the Business Woman of the Year Award, Professional Category.

Candace holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, honors accounting from the University of Ottawa, is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Management Consultant.  She is an engaged community leader who believes in mentoring and giving back.
