Hye-min joined Welch Capital Partners as an analyst in 2016, after her graduation from the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance.
Since then, she has worked on various transactions where she assisted in financial due diligence, valuation, and M&A advisory engagements for financial and strategic clients.
Hye-min also successfully completed and passed all requirements for the CBV designation and attained her designation in 2020. Simultaneous to pursuing her CBV designation, she also provided integral assistance on the Valuation team and has experience with, but not limited to, M&A, tax, employee share and option plans, financial reporting, civil litigation, family law and other disputes.
Hye-min was born in South Korea and she has a diverse cultural background from spending her adolescence living in various countries including China, Singapore, and Canada. She was also part of the Canadian volunteer team at the 2018 Olympic Games.
