Ethan recently graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University, where he majored in Finance and Accounting. A Dean’s List recipient and scholarship awardee, Ethan distinguished himself through both academic achievement and practical experience.
Prior to joining Welch, Ethan served as a Senior Analyst at FIN IP Group, where he supported intellectual property valuations for Fortune 500 companies and contributed to over $200 million in deal value. He also held roles as a Teaching Assistant and was deeply involved with the Sprott Student Investment Fund, where he led valuation work on public equities and presented directly to Carleton’s Pension Committee as Sector Manager for TMT.
Ethan brings strong financial modeling skills, hands-on deal exposure, and a deep curiosity about the capital markets. He will support M&A transactions, valuations, and capital raising mandates across a range of sectors.
