Adam Nihmey

Adam joined Welch Capital Partners in 2018 as our Managing Director, Valuations.

Adam is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) and previously was President of Capacity Financial Consulting Inc., a boutique business valuation and transaction advisory firm (which was acquired by Welch Capital Partners in 2018).

Adam’s expertise in business valuations and M&A spans close to 20 years, working previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers and various other firms with the focus on valuations and strategic acquisitions. Adam has valued numerous companies for M&A, divestitures, tax, and financial reporting. Adam has also acted as virtual CFO for various start-up companies.

Adam is also very community-minded, having founded the Eldercare Foundation of Ottawa and volunteered in several other charitable organizations over his career.
